So I'm doing a Happiness project. I'm still not sure how long I want it to go for so for now I'll post a monthly plan and just take it one month at a time.
So my goals for December are:
Take care of myself by:
Drinking more water and less Coca-Cola
Move more
Work on posture
Making sure I get enough sleep
Enjoy the holiday season:
Enjoy treats responsibly and not pig out
Post a picture a day. (Challenge found on Pinterest)
Do something everyday that brings me happiness whether it be big or small.
I think this is entirely doable.
Let the happiness spread!
